Cody Sanford is an independent environmental journalist and trained ecologist specializing in climate policy, community-level sustainability, and mountain ecology. With a Bachelor of Science in Ecosystem Sciences and Sustainability from Colorado State University, Cody combines his passion for the natural world and his knowledge of environmental systems with innovative communication strategies. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he splits his time between Denver and the mountains of South Park, Colorado, capturing nature through photography whenever possible.
